Is there a way to set it up so that when we click on links in posts we can have the option to have it pop up or open in a new window? Or did i just not find where to do this?

If you right click on the link your browser should give you the option to do just that.

I just didnt know if we could set it up by default with the forum preferences etc.

The other forums im on will pop up when clicking on links.
